Using the traditional champagne method, vintage Sekt is matured for at least 24 months on yeast lees. This gives rise to delicate biscuit notes on the nose. To honour the great composer, the winery Mayer am Pfarrplatz created a special wine – just as lively and spicy as the famous symphony and a real pleasure to drink.
