Like music, wine is an indispensable part of Viennese culture. Ludwig van Beethoven lived in the historic Mayer am Pfarrplatz in 1817 and worked on the famous Symphony No. 9 during his time in Vienna Heiligenstadt In his honor, the winery produces its own wine, which is extremely drinkable with its lively and spicy character.

Delicate salmon pink, wild berries and currant aroma dominate the impression of our famous rosé wine. It presents itself as balanced and highly elegant on the palate followed by a mineral finish. This is the wine for your terrace in mild evenings!

An aroma of juicy pear and green apple. A creamy/dense texture on the palate with the pear again present. Acidity and spices bring about a varied structure. A very juicy and concentrated Grüner Veltliner.

Riesling, Grüner Veltliner, Rotgipfler and Zierfandler make up the main components of the Wiener Gemischter Satz DAC Nussberg. The wine is very fragrant and aromatic. Hints of tangerine and red peach on the nose. Powerful and salty-mineral on the palate. Elegant and enormously complex despite its power.

For generations, this wine has been vinified in our house from Grüner Veltliner, Riesling, Rotgipfler and Zierfandler. Planted, harvested and fermented together, it combines the characters of several expressive varieties, making it unique in its aroma. Fruity nuances of pear, citrus and apple. Refreshingly crisp and wonderfully juicy on the palate. Easy-drinking and refreshing style.

Uncomplicated and light-footed, this is how Mayer Alkoholfrei presents itself. Consisting of Grüner Veltliner, Riesling, Pinot Blanc and Welschriesling, the wine impresses with its very grapey aromas. Its slender body makes it extremely easy to drink. Ideal with salads, a snack or even as a tipple, Mayer Alkoholfrei is very refreshing. The production involves gentle dealcoholization using vacuum distillation and additional aroma recovery to achieve a balanced wine style.
