Using the traditional champagne method, vintage Sekt is matured for at least 24 months on yeast lees. This gives rise to delicate biscuit notes on the nose. Delicately aromatic fruit reminiscent of apricot and refined nutty aromas, lively acid structures on the palate with subtle yeasty notes. A very fine and lively sparkling wine.
This lively rosé sparkling wine is characterized by flowery and aromatic notes. Its creaminess on the pallet accompanied by slightly sweet berry-aromas and the fine, well integrated perlage distinguishes itself from the very first sip.
