Very smooth with a mineral character and with a fresh acidity curve on the finish. Blossom honey and apricot jam on the finish. An aroma of juicy pear and green apple. A creamy/dense texture on the palate with the pear again present. Acidity and spices bring about a varied structure. A very juicy and concentrated Grüner Veltliner.
