Just like music, wine is an essential part of Viennese culture. In 1817, Ludwig van Beethoven resided in the historic house of Mayer am Pfarrplatz. During his stay in Vienna, he worked on the famous Symphony N° 9.
To honour the great composer, the winery Mayer am Pfarrplatz created a special wine – just as lively and spicy as the famous symphony and a real pleasure to drink.
On the nose, intensively exotic aromatic notes, lychee, gooseberry and spicy paprika are in the foreground. Powerful on the palate with an enormous fruity smoothness. The delicate sweet essence supports the powerful body.
