    This Viennese Gemischter Satz is made from Chardonnay, Weißburgunder, Grauburgunder, Neuburger, and a touch of Traminer. On the nose, it offers a variety of aromas, including quince, tobacco, and biscuits. Its Burgundian style, with subtle reduction, gives the wine an extremely taut and salty-mineral character. A Viennese Gemischter Satz with aging potential of 10 years or more.

    Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris, Neuburger and a little Traminer can be found in this Viennese Gemischter Satz. Elegant banana fruit and cookie notes on the nose. Yellow juicy pear and honeydew melon on the palate, spicy, underlaid with fine vanilla. Creamy finish.

    The Asia Cuvée was created in 2002 together with star chef Kim Kocht in Vienna. A wine intended to support the spicy Asian cuisine style with its fine residual sweetness. In 2019, a new design was created that depicts the Chinese zodiac with its 12 animals on the label. They were all illustrated on the label with a wink.
