\nOur offers are without obligation and the final offer voids all earlier offers. Due to the limited quantities of individual vintages, it is possible that items may sell out before you finish placing your order.Subject to availability!<\/p>\n

Our latest terms and conditions of delivery and payment are exclusively applicable for the delivery. Contradictory agreements are only applicable insofar as they have been confirmed by us in writing.<\/p>\n

2. Validity<\/strong>
\nThe order becomes legally valid when we send our confirmation (by e-mail, telephone or letter). In the case of typing, printing or computing errors on the website, www.pfarrplatz.at is entitled to cancel the order.<\/p>\n

3. Shipments\u00a0<\/strong>
\nFor shipments within Austria, we do not charge shipping fees for orders of 12 bottles and more. The shipping fees for orders of fewer than 12 bottles are \u20ac7.90
\nFor shipments to Germany, we do not charge shipping fees for orders of 12 bottles and more. The shipping fees for orders of fewer than 6 bottles are \u20ac14.90Orders from other countries are processed on a case-specific basis.<\/p>\n

4. Transport damage\u00a0<\/strong>
\nIf goods are damaged or otherwise affected during transport, we guarantee you complete replacement under the following conditions:<\/p>\n

The incoming goods are inspected immediately to verify that they are in pristine condition and nothing is missing.<\/p>\n

Any complaints concerning the goods must be lodged within 3 days of receipt.<\/p>\n

All complaints must be confirmed by the forwarding company.<\/p>\n

5. Reserved rights<\/strong>
\nThe delivered goods remain our property until payment is received in full. Transfer of property and seizure are not permissible before payment is made. The buyer is obliged to inform us of any such attempted accesses.<\/p>\n

6. Prices<\/strong>
\nThe prices are understood as being in euros (\u20ac) per bottle and include all legal duties and taxes (value added tax: VAT). Insofar as additional transport fees are charged, these are listed separately in the product overview under \u201cCheckout\u201d.We reserve the right to change prices and correct mistakes.<\/p>\n

7. Guarantees<\/strong>
\nAlcoholic beverages may only be sold to persons over 18 years of age.Should individual provisions prove to be invalid, the validity of the other provisions shall remain unaffected.<\/p>\n

8. Legal venue<\/strong>
\nThe place of performance is Vienna, Austria. In case of any legal disputes, the contacting parties agree that the matter should be settled in D\u00f6bling District Court (Bezirksgericht D\u00f6bling) irrespective of the amount in dispute.<\/p>\n
